God himself reveals himself through creation. Psalm of creation: Psalm 8

God is also the Saviour of his people. By his providence, he provides for the good of his people.

To prove this to the people, he speaks his name to Moses, ‘I am who I am ’, and gives Moses the power to lead the people to the promised land. Exodus 3, 1-8. 10. 13-15

The works of the Church.

The prophetic mission of the Church is exercised

through the proclamation of the Word of God (the kerygmatic instance), 

through communion (the koinonical instance),  

through attention and service to the poor (the diaconic instance).

Through worship of God (the liturgical instance) as public prayer and witness to the living God.

All this is recommended and inspired by the action of Jesus himself, who is full of compassion, teaches, gathers and cares for mankind for its growth and salvation.
